Just a general self portrait, with an off camera flash to the left.

It's a simple photo, and I am jsut using it to show of my new hair cut; as it's a bit of a radical change from before.

I've been doing a lot of what I call 'fine art' photos; wherever they're the right sort of picture is another story.

This picture was created in a way to reflect my mood of late; as I've been suffering with severe migraine clusters, which are more then annoying. I have got some medication to help prevent the symptoms; but they come with a list of side effects as long as my arm.

Any this is a simple shot, a black vase inside a cracked effect vase, with a general fill light (house hold room light) and a strong side light (lamp).

This just amuses me as it has what I think is a strong 1990's pop feel.

It was all take with a simple fill light (basic household room light) and a strong side light (lamp)

Personally this one has grown on me soo much, but that might be down to my obsession with everything green.

It's another from my adventure into 'fine art' shots. And was simply side light from a high angle (lamp).

Anyway I've been researching into 'fine art' photos of late; and this is one of the shots I've come out with.

Its of some wooden plants in my house, with some dark dramatic side lighting, placed higher up to expose most of the subject.
Lighting was done by a house hold lamp.
