Quickes, Montgomerys, cave aged Yarg, Wigmore, some very strange smoked goats cheese, Stinking Bishop and Barkham Blue all made notable appearances
but Old Demdike emerged as the star of the evening
stunning washed curd ewes milk cheese from a very small dairy in Somerset
