      I consider this photo of NY marathon is not with a CC-BY-SA (Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike) license so that it can not be used in the wikipedia article on Athletics ...

      I like this sport and I try to write a beautiful article about Athletics...

      If you agree, you could change the rights of your pictures in order to use it in commons.wikimedia with your work and your adress clearly mentioned...

      Hi, I'm working for CliniClowns, a charity in the Netherlands for sick and handicapped children. We are going to participate with 50 runners this year to the New York Marathon with the aim to raise money for our organization. Can we use this picture for a page on our website to recruit runners?
