      Sylvie -- hehe thanks! the scary part is that I have a lot of props I haven't found the right occasion to use yet. I'm so eager in buying them but then I don't always think of them when it's time to style/shoot or I'm afraid they'll overshadow the food. By the way, I'd love your constructive criticism on the non-prop elements of the photograph if you have any :).

      I might suggest getting in a little tighter since the cupcakes look a little lost on a tray that size. A closer crop would make them more prominent.
