Crossroads

The poem is mine:

I have waited
at the crossroads
through all the faces
of the moon.

I watched the cornflowers
bloom in the meadows;
the cherry trees flower
and fruit; the falling

of petals and leaves.
Now, deepest snow
returns, but you
do not.
