Sometimes I improvise in the kitchen when I do not know what to prepare.
Tonight, the result was this: salmon patties.

Last night it snowed :)
It just started this February, days become much longer and...this is the gift of Winter

I ever dreamed that it was snowing for my birthday, it is too early a few weeks but I'm very happy anyway...
