Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies
Cooks Illustrated says these are the bomb. They look pretty don't they? I modified the recipe by rolling the dough out between two sheets of parchment and cutting out heart-shapped cookies (it is Valentine's Day after all). I probably didn't use enough filling because I had a lot left over.
