      crap, i keep telling my students that it's okay to make mistakes! i knew i was doing something wrong.

      ha! these pencils haven't even been sharpened. i had a math teacher once say that the standard pencil with the eraser on the end was a symbol of optimism because the writing part of the pencil was so much bigger than the eraser. i was in the 9th grade. he's also the guy who told us that everyone was shaped like donuts. that our mouth/GI tract was the donut hole. ha!

      i have a sort of unhealthy love for a particular eraser brand that i can't find anymore--i have two left (one partial) and i both love to show people how completely perfect they are but i am also stingy with them, for fear that i will use them all up!

      great colors. i love using traditional pencils in my office. the trip to the sharpener down the hall is a great procrastination technique.

      also? not a donut. we humans have way more holes than that.

      @cauchy09 -- yes but none of the other holes pass through our entire bodies like a tube.
