Orion(again)

Rather difficult to ignore Orion this time of year as it dominates the southern sky.

Cloudy Orion.

Went out with my Merlin tracking mount to get 1 hours worth or so of 2 and 3 minute exposures and stack them with the hope of capturing Barnards Loop.By the time a got set up and aligned the clouds were swiftly moving in so all i got was this 96 second exposure.I think i had it set for 120 seconds but cut it short before the clouds covered Orions Belt.

Shot was taken using a Merlin tracking mount.
