Just a small selection of the shots I took with my new Lensbaby, I have a way to go to get the focus correct when the lens is off center, but I can see me having a lot of fun with it :-)

We had a lovely half hour at the park after school, he is missing his sister while she is away on a residential trip this week so I though this would cheer him up - as you can see, it helped a lot :-)

After quite a few cancelled booking due to bad weather (snow!) my husband eventually had the driving experience I bought for him for his 40th, big smiles :-) My son also LOVED being in the pit lane for the first time.

Thought this fitted the ODC theme today of "Automobile" perfectly :-)

Each of these shots were taken today with the CM creativity challenge in mind - High ISO in colour

When I shoot with a high ISO, like many others I tend to convert to b&w, but the tips that Sarah gave in the challenge thread are wonderful, I cannot believe how much I am learning.

The settings for the above shots are from left to right as follows:
1. ISO 4000, f/3.2, 1/2000sec
2. ISO 5000, f/6.3, 1/6400sec
3. ISO 5000, f/6.3, 1/6400sec

All were shot with my Canon 7D with the 100mm Macro lens.

At last we seem to be having some nice weather, we have started to do some work in the garden to tidy it up a little. I so love seeing the colours start to appear.
