July 18, 2012 am: Styrofoam on Monona Bay

There was a big rain event, starting very early int he morning. Steve got up and started taking photos at about 5:00 am in front of his house, showing the styrofoam floating on the bay. The wind was from the east, keeping the styrofoam in towards the shore.

The second set of photos, taken about 12:45 pm, shows styrofoam spreading on the bay, before the cleanup.

Mid-afternoon, the City came with Vactor truck and sucked up 80-90% of the styrofoam debris. They were there 2-3 hours.
