Woodstock, IL. The town in which they filmed Groundhog Day has an annual groundhog celebration, featuring the "prognosticator of prognosticators," Woodstock Willie.
In this fine year of 2012, Willie predicted that it'd be a early spring, only to be contradicted by the Pennsylvania groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil. The scandal!
