Wilted Spinach , Feta , Roasted Pepper and Pine Nut Pizza

simmer tinned tomatoes with roasted garlic a dash of wine salt and pepper , add fresh spinach thinly sliced ,

Roll out the dough + drizzle with olive oil , spread over the spinach and tomato mix , scatter over crumbled feta cheese which has been mixed with a little olive oil salt and pepper , lay over slices of roasted pepper , scatter over pine nuts.

Roast at 200degC for 25 minutes
