Your Name in Lights

Adam is a producer of the Broadway play, "Speed the Plow." This was performed with my "bokeh panorama" technique, about 12 or so shots with the 85mm f/1.4.

Ryan, this is really fine again and the oof highlights are a nice addition too! However, I am (almost) constantly thinking about the costs and benefits of this approach. To aid this thinking, could you please take another shot next time using only one frame with a wide angle lens using a similar field of view and the widest aperture possible? It would be nice to see the difference! Thanks in advance, Zs

Ryan - I have a question about this method...

Do you burst shot and just hope you have the whole area covered so that the model doesn't have to stay in the same place that long? Or do you actually set up and adjust your tripod 12 times???
