Enjoying the Sunset

Two shots from a sunset at 2nd Beach. Had a decent gap on the horizon to allow some bright color well after sundown.
The one is a closer view, showing a lone sea gull on the rocks, enjoying, I assume, the evening.

Sunlight on the Sea ii

From a pleasant evening on Rialto Beach, ONP, WA, Aug, '07.
The darker exposures, for the sun's reflections, which were very bright, made these feel a bit like night time captures, so I went with it. :-))

The darker exposures, for the sun's reflections, which were very bright, made these feel a bit like night time captures, so I went with it. :-))
