A couple in the cafeteria of Henry Ford Hospital West Bloomfield. The first time they ate at the cafeteria, it was after visiting someone who had been admitted at the hospital. They were so pleased, that they started coming back just for the food.

The image is from an editorial story in Montreal-based Maisonneuve Magazine. The story highlights the Michigan hospital's uncharacteristically healthy, pleasant-tasting hospital food.
