Chief Hotel Court

Unfortunately I missed The Boneyard tour while in Vegas but at least I saw this.

The Neon Museum officially "opened" with the installation of its first refurbished sign, The Hacienda Horse and Rider, on November 15, 1996 at the intersection of Las Vegas Blvd. and Fremont Street.

The Chief Court Hotel sign was originally installed around 1940 at the hotel formerly located at 1201 E. Fremont Street. The hotel architect was A. Lacey Worswick.

I should visit this Neon Museum before I die... I'd probably die right there!

Tell me about it. My friend is getting married in Vegas in 6 months so I have a great excuse to go back and take that boneyard tour...I have to see THAT before I DIE!
