Synopsis: This is a fascinating and intriguing play by the master playwright Alan Ayckbourn, in this the 50th Anniversary year of his first play.
'Communicating Doors' is set in a hotel suite, in 1974, 1994 and 2014. The play opens in 2014 to find our heroine, Poopay, a 'specialist sexual consultant', embarking on what she believes will be a routine assignment. Things soon go very wrong for Poopay and she flees for her life through a communicating door to find herself in the same hotel suite, but twenty years in the past.
There is a need to keep alert as our cast travel back and forth in time as they attempt to right wrongs and avert disasters!
