- Great shot Jim, but in my opinion if you darkened this part of the image, and lightened the center a little, it would improve it quite a bit. My eye keeps going to this part of the shot. Just my two cents:) - Dan Ballard Photography

This golf course in Banff National Park, Alberta is about as beautiful as it gets. I tried to play golf for about 15 years, but I never improved much, so now I just watch it. Maybe when I retire and have the time (and hopefully money) I'll give it another shot.
This shot is a 3 exposure HDR. I tried not to overdo it on the processsing. I've been leaning more towards exposure fusion lately, but this one just struck my eye as an ideal candidate for HDR.

Can't wait to get to the mountains to shoot!! I'm headed up today with my girlfriend to take pics for a few days so I'll have a better idea of how things will be when you get here. I think it's still a bit early now, but by the time you get in should be great!
