      lovely and shiny. I want to break it open with my peggy-niner.
      (for some reason we used the term peggy at school when playing conkers, a peggy-niner meant the conker had survived 9 battles).

      did you ever play conckers (horse chesnuts on string and you take turns to wack each others. The one that breaks first is the loser). Peggy niner mean it has survived 9 battles - these were like gold dust :D
