Here is my 'rise' to the challange put to me by my flickr photographer friend John (jssteak). He was told the other day that he could probably make a rolled up newspaper look good...which he has...check it out here.
The request was simple...submit, in your style, a picture of a rolled up newspaper, kind of like an assignment in school.
Textures thanks to les brumes and borealnz.
This photo was taken on August 23, 2009 using a Nikon D70.

wow, really beautiful. I love the clarity of the print just on the edge, and perfect subtle repetition in the background to the lines and angles in the edges of the paper.....stunning work!
