across the olympic park

On 11-11-11 I auditioned to become a volunteer in the Olympic Ceremony for London 2012. The part of town that hosts the Olympic Park is desolate and dead, and I was knackered, as well as needed somewhere else. I only took three photos that evening, and this is by far the best. The shiniest, if surreal and alienating representation of a bit of London that the Olympics are supposed to help regenerate. I blogged about that experience, using a lesser photo.
