kiruna aurora

    Newer Older

An image from Kiruna in Sweden last week. This was a long trip with loads of miles covered to find clear skies and Aurora. We drove right across Arctic Scandinavia and got really clear sky in Sweden.
These trees were perfect and scouted during daylight, one of the few sections where the trees were sparse enough to capture the light around them.

      Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, i am an Art Director for `Howards and Caz`s Gallery` and would be very honoured if you would consider posting your stunning photo into the Gallery.
This Gallery is so different than anything flickr has done before, as it is a tough Gallery to belong to, and now the bar has raised to Platinum level, and only the best will be accepted, and it is my opinion that this wonderful piece here belongs with us ……. I hope you will consider posting your beautiful photo in, as i feel it has the standard required to be a part of this Gallery......Kind regards..Caz (AD)

Inspiring? Brilliantly atmospheric? The gaunt trees give the impression of standing there like lone sentinels at a cosmic event.

It's one thing to view your photo, and another to see it for yourself.
I can't imagine what the sight of this was like for you.
      Besides freezing cold...

      It fills me with awe.

Just writing to let you know about this person on Facebook that is stealing images and then watermarking them as though they were his own.

      www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=514186268621399&set=a...

Also he knows he is doing wrong so off and on he will hide his pages.

You may end up having to point this out directly to Facebook.
