I've been seeing boar more frequently in the woods of late, so today I tooled-up for taking some 'proper' photos of the critters in the places where I'd seen them previously.

Sod's law being what it is, I saw neither hide nor bristly hair of a boar all morning, then walking back to the car I stumbled upon a family group of two adults and seven young just a stone's throw from the car park.

I managed a handful of shots before the group disappeared through a fence and deeper into the forest.
