Très belle composition et superbes textures! Ce canton me rappelle un bon vin qu'un confrère suisse m'a fait connaître, il y a plusieurs années: L'étoile du Valais. Je n'en retrouve plus sur le marché, mais j'en conserve un excellent souvenir!
