Atlantic City
This was taken from the southern most end of Long Beach Island, NJ.
I had never seen the city in the distance before due to haziness obscurring it most of the time. I asked
a surfer what place that was and he
told me it is Atlantic City.

The Wizard
I had the privilige of have a very nice philosophical conversation with this man last Saturday. I knew I had to take his photo as soon as I saw him.
I asked for his permission to take his picture and he in return asked, "Are you from the newspaper?" I said, "No, I am a photographer." He replied, "Ok then, because I am not supposed to be in town." LOL He was joking of course. We, fellow life philosophers, shared our often abstract concepts about life and its' meaning. A totally enjoyable conversation for sure.
Later, I asked someone if they knew him and they said," Oh you mean the Wizard." They smiled and it seems he is affectionately known around town by that name.
