The lost rake has now been found

Silly shot--this is an old rake and has a lot of "character". I left it in
the yard and forgot about it.

How long ago? Looks like a rake I had once. Very rustic. :-)

Glad to hear it. There's nothing worse than not being able to find something that you need to use. And - of course - you have made of it a lovely image with subtle tone and texture...

Love the way you caught the weathered appearance of the rake and the tone and texture in the background

Thanks all for the comments--I think the comments really sum
up why I took the photo. It just caught my eye. The tone/texture
and old appearance makes you think of something that was just
    tossed aside and forgotten.

There it is, it was there all the time! Great tones on this which makes the ordinary seem new and interesting! Love it!

Haha here is the famous rake ! Seriously I really like this pic. Very rustic style. Great stuff and good tones. How about a little scenario involving this rustic rake ?

Sounds great, Chris! Do you think Axel would travel to Arizona
to be my lead actor, LOL! Oh, and there may be some yard work
    involved :-)

I love it as a matter of fact !! I enjoy very much this type of subject .

I wish any of my rakes looked like that.... I'd hang them up to be admired !

    Well done ! :)

Had to find your 'rake' shot, Lynne. Absolutely right - I can see WHY you had to shoot it - caught your eye - and you have a very good eye for creative and original shots.
