Higger Tor, towards Stanage Edge - Two shot Pano

Higger Tor, towards Stanage Edge - Two shot Pano

Last one from today..... extremely cold, very very windy. Very hard to keep the camera steady even with the bag hanging from the tripod. The colours were fabulous thanks to the low sun. Cracking sunset on the way home, which I didn't photograph - but the clouds looked much like pink candyfloss... lovely.

Parkhouse - Buxton (Press L to view on Black)

Winter Evening light illuminates Parkhouse.. just outside Buxton, on the Staffordshire border. I've been asked about the water in the shot....... just to explain, that with all the rain we've had lately, the channel a here was full, and it was flowing very fast. It's usually not this deep, or this fast, but now the water has expanded over most of the grass, and flattened it out. A longer exposure time, has softened the flow. There's been no post work done on this, it's straight out of the camera, and apart from a tiny crop to remove a distraction top right, nothing else done.
