Douglas Iris (Iris douglasiana)

    I think that this is Iris douglasiana. Or could it be Iris missouriensis?

      And it looks like a Douglas Iris to me; we have them here in Mendocino, too, but I don't think I've seen any in bloom quite yet.

      You're on the California coast? It's douglas. The missouriensis are mostly eastern Sierra when they're in California. Aren't douglas iris magical?
