The garden hose on a hot summer day.
Clearly a favorite.

I love black and white images.
Really love them.
I liked this one in color as well.
But there was something about it.
The folds of the bonnet.
The timelessness of the christening gown.
Her serious little face.
The light pouring through her nursery window.
It all begged for black and white.

Well worn ring with my kids' birthstones and a diamond in the middle....and a letter from my son this mother's day. Blessed.

These little ants hang on clips that keep my patio tablecloth in place and have been known to startle dinner guests...until they look closely!
