This house was a challenge, but also beautiful to see, originally built in 1970 at a cost of over $1mill, the house was in the most pristine condition i've ever seen for a home of this age. it looked like it was just built. completely original in every respect. no expense spared when it was built including underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout. plush pile carpet in the bathrooms!! There was even a 1970 Miele dishwasher in the kitchen that had never been used, the instruction manual was still inside........
