Getting to see this beautiful plant in real life, growing in soil, really helped to clarify a lot for me. It helped me see that it is one of the many plants that grow here on this planet. The earth does not have a special 'file' or set of 'laws' surrounding this plant. It has seeds and flowers and it reproduces and grows in soil, requiring the same nutrients as other plants. There is inherently nothing evil or negative about it. In fact, it is an extremely attractive and useful plant, and there is a reason that it has been appreciated, passed down and bred, for so many hundreds of years. Even as someone who does not use the plant themselves, one can easily appreciate this wonderful herb when it is presented in a natural setting.
