Fine shot. Like the subdued colors. Nice place, but a bit on the prim side, I would think. Thanks. As for Frangipani! Indeed! Thanks for your visit. Plumeria is the scientific name of the same tree/shrub.

I'd say a perfect place to live and work!! If America keeps going down the crazy path I'm moving to Australia. We could be neighbors and you wouldn't even mind if I ran around there naked!!
