Wake Up Call?
There is growing concern about the increased danger that fatal mistakes could be made by exhausted crews piloting hundreds of people aboard some airliners....
Thursday, October 22, 2009. Two Northwest Airlines(NOT SOUTHWEST) pilots failed to make radio contact with ground controllers for one hour and 18 minutes and overflew their Minneapolis destination by 150 miles before discovering the mistake. ...The pilots stated they were in a heated discussion over airline policy and they lost situational awareness!!
