New growth
Looking east along St. Clair Ave. W., Toronto, from Wychwood. The new construction is the fivethirty condos going up at St. Clair and Raglan, a block west of Bathurst. I don't know why it took so long to get that block developed, but they're tearing into it now. They're selling condos for a new tower on the south-east corner of St. Clair and Bathurst, too.
