Rosemary Focaccia

Compared to the rosemary and garlic focaccia, this bread has a much higher hydration. As a consequence, it spreads thinly and bakes crisper, although the crumb stays moist and slightly chewy.


This focaccia is made with unbleached flour, water, salt, sugar, yeast, olive oil, fleur de sel, and rosemary.
