Sorry for all the boring portraits of me, I'm really only posting this to show off the new do. I'll take artsier ones tomorrow haha
I dyed my hair black for the new year, still getting used to it, not sure how I feel about it yet. It was kind of a spur of the moment decision. Theres clearly still some red in it but oh well. I'm also getting it cut tomorrow so lets hope that goes well unlike last time when she gave me bangs that I specifically told her I didnt want. But I digress. Anyone else made any changes for 2012?

I've been looking through old photos since I havent really had time to take any new ones and I found some good photos that I never got around to uploading. I must've taken this picture of maddie two years ago. I love it, I don't really know why I never uploaded it.

I was looking at some old pictures on my camera and found this little nugget. I dont actually know this dogs name, I just know the lady didnt mind us photographing her dog haha

For those of you that have been following my stream for a while(and I thank you if you have), you may recognize this black lab/dachshund mix of mine named Snickers. My dad adopted her when my aunt and uncle moved to England for a few years a while back. Snickers was beaten when she was a puppy and couldn't handle being in a cage long enough to fly from North Carolina to England on a plane, so we offered to take her and she was my dog ever since. We were the same age so she's always been in my life. Unfortunately she was bitten by a snake a few months ago and started to lose the ability to walk, then she lost the ability to eat and eventually we had to put her down. I will truly miss her but I'm glad she doesn't hurt anymore. Rest in peace doodle.

Sorry for the bad quality photo of this piece. I did this a little over 3 months ago I believe. It was one of the first pieces I created for IB Art. That's part of the reason I havent uploaded anything on here in a while. My art class keeps me busy with sketchbook pages and concentration pieces. It's very exhausting. I'm definitely not doing this in college.
