I really hope my Flickr stream doesn't become a promotional tool for my jewelry making obsession but... it's really all I have been photographing lately, so here's some more!

As I said in my last post, Seth and I have opened a shop on Etsy, called The Mountains & the Sea. We have been wanting to do this for ages and we've finally done it! This week (our third in business) I've decided to donate HALF of all necklace sales to the Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund on www.globalgiving.org/. So if you want to give a little and get a little something for yourself, please check out our shop. All donations will be made in the name of the necklace buyer.

Another beautiful sunset on the Jones Family Farm.

Same Tree, Different Day.

I love this tree. Sadly, in a year or so, the highway is going to cut straight through the farm and they are going to take out this beauty of a tree. I will be heartbroken. I might just have to tie myself to it in protest.

A necklace that I created. I handmade the bead, glazed and raku fired it myself, then did the wire working to fit the bead design. It's not perfect but I like it!
