These are not real flowers and vegetables but dry confectioneries, which are made of Japanese premium fine-grained sugar and rice. In Japan, its called "Higashi". An artisan said it took much time and need high technique to make these artistic confectioneries, of course all eatable, it taste sweet because of sugar...
