Then and There (a series on heaven and hell)

This a series on heaven and hell, that recently had its named change from "Heaven and Hell" to "Then and There", kinda struggled coming up with something, this is probably my 10th attempt at it, doing something different each time.

Your font choice is really hurting a really amazing design.

I'd also work on your shadows colors ad more of the color the shadow is being cast on, but not to much.

This is really nice to look at. I really like it.

This is a brilliant concept. Go with it, but keep working it. Sean has some great comments.

Its awesome to get good comments from designers I respect. I reworked the shadows to go from the suns viewpoint and used a different font that was more retro.

Sa-weet! not totally sold on the font choice this round either, but it is definitely better than the porcelain. Nice work.

I'd try a fastlane retro font, and not outline it but just float it over the tan.

      just my thoughts.

I agree with the consensus, that the font is the biggest speed bump right now.

The collage effect is rad and looks good. I think creating a greater seperation of the two...now it looks like heaven is shining down onto hell.
possibly have the flames have less of the space, maybe in the opposite corner...?
