Got persuaded by a friend to go with him to the Canon Pro Solutions event at the Islington Business Centre where amongst other things, the new Canon EOS 1D-X body was on show. Having tried the 1D-X with an 85mm f/1.2 lens, it is a truly amazing camera (the already established EOS 1D-Mk4 wasn't too bad either! LOL!) but won't be on sale till next March.
