And that's the last we'll see of the rare Colorado Greene Finches for another year.
Now don't forget, it's straight up the M6 to Preston and then turn left a bit for Greenland, and then turn left again for Colorado ...
A final kick of the melting snow while the Greene Finch parents pack the car.
... but then the thaw started and it was time for the baby Colorado Greene Finch to start clearing a path for take off.
