Autumn Planet - (B&W)

Autumn Planet - (B&W)

We all can be very protective of our photography. A couple of years ago, though, I decided to allow my landscapes to be in the Creative Commons. Since then I have tried to follow where my pictures get used. I’ve found my photos on blogs, photography websites, newspapers, Facebook, and Yahoo just to name a few places. But on this occasion I discovered not only had someone paired one of my pictures with some interesting music on YouTube, but they also changed the entire mood of the photo by converting it to black & white. As often as I use monochrome processing don’t ask me why but, I never once thought of converting this picture to black & white. I think I like it better.

Everything Is Piling Up

Everything Is Piling Up

One of my greatest peeves about having an illness is the world continues on without you and because life goes on one finds themself falling further and further behind in everything. I especially felt quite overwhelmed my first day back at work. My life would be so much easier if I could just win that doggone, confounded, sumbafumbin POWERBALL!

I would like to thank all of those who wished me well via comments, emails, or both. My current status is unknown. The good news is I don’t have Cancer, YAY! The doctors still have no idea what this is, though. What I DO know is I have fatigue, some irritating scar tissue from the incision, and track marks from countless draining’s by blood-sucking hospital vampires. There is a silver lining though: they gave me bitchin’ drugs. =)
