Monstre Marin ! Sea Monster ! EXPLORE no 440

Un Rorqual à Bosse faisant des folies tout près d'Anticosti...
Il est vraiment très près de nous... mon 70-200mm est seulement à 75mm... et il avance rapidement vers notre petit Zodiac de 8 places...
Il passera finalement sous notre embarcation en nous donnant à tous des frissons...
À plus de 12 mètres de longueur et un poid de 30 000 Kg nous n'avons autre choix que de respecter ce majestueux animal !

This humpback whale is having fun in the sun near Anticosti Island.
It’s really close by, to give you an idea, my 70-200mm zoom is set at 75mm… and it’s coming right at us and fast ! We felt so small in our tiny Zodiac… Finally it dove and pass just under us !
At 35 feet long and 33 tons, this beast commands respect !

    J'aimerais bien faire cet excursion. Par contre,12 heures en mer n'est trop astreignant. Je crois que beau temps mauvais temps ils font inévitablement leur recherche. J'aimerais bien que tu me racontes une journée avec eux pour le plaisir via nos contacts ou via mon courriel, c'est comme tu veux.

    Je passe 3 mois sur la Côte-Nord tous les étés et je fais un croche vers la Minganie presqu''à chaque année.

    Habituellement, j'habite une Maisonette avec la famille Vibert. et je fais une excursion avec Marius d'une durée de 3 à 5 heures (le conjoint de Danièle qui était la fille du gardien du phare à l'époque) et je suis très satisfaite. Il partage sa randonnée entre les oiseaux et les baleines.

    Bonjour relishmoutarde,
    Après m'avoir fait lire ton message, j'ai demandé à Bruno, mon chum, la permission de te répondre.
    Alors voici...

    Douze heures sur l'eau... Des baleines en quantité, à ne plus savoir ou regarder...
    Nous avons manqué un breach tellement nous en regardions dans une autre direction.

    La proximité avec ces bêtes, la quantité de spécimen observés : baleines à bosses, rorquals communs, petits rorquals, requins pèlerins (2), dauphins à flans blancs, phoques, marsouins.
    Nous avons même coursé avec un groupe de 8 baleines.

    Tu te présentes au centre d'interprétation et ils t'expliquent.
    Pas plus de 8 èa 10 par embarcation.
    La longueur demeurent lors du trajet du retour.

    C'est vraiment une expérience exceptionnelle, à vivre au moins une fois.
    Retourner dans ce coin de pays, nous retournerions en journée avec les chercheurs.
    Promis.

    LoL ! On fait pipi en arrière du bateau, directement dans l'eau... et tout le monde doit regarder à l'avant ! :) c'est le seul inconvénient de cette excurtion...

    Sérieux... ça vaut vraiment la peine... des souvenirs impérissables !
    Y'a rien qui peut se comparé à cette excurtion... Tadousac c'est rien... Ce qu'on a vue cette journée là c'est vraiment exceptionnel...
    j'ai plus de 600 photos de cette journée qui en qui en témoignent !

    Je mets ça dans mon blender pour l'an prochain. Au pire il existe les couches jetables , ça pourrait être une pratique pour mon futur vieillissement !
