Right McCain he is a boxer and soldier, what does he know of economics?
The 700 billion usd bail out should be distributed to 50 million people who have to pay their mortgages that is usd 14,000 each that would restart the economy from the bottom up. When you and your wife get that money you will repay the college or repay your credit cards or part of your mortage.
That will put money in circulation and people back into jobs.
NOT from the top where the fat cats with just gobble it up!!
