Looking back at 2011...
The most important thing this year has been my mental health. I started this year in a hospital, recovering from clinical depression. I feel like I spent most of my year there, but I did actually get better and I learned a lot about how to prevent getting ill again. So that's a good thing. It feels weird to write about this, I'm not ashamed of it, but it will always be a painful subject.
