On Christmas Eve we travelled to Strathroy where our daughter had invited the traditional gathering of familes from both sides (his and her's).

Our grandson, Liam seeming to have been caught up in the spirit of the evening, is seen here with his mom.

This couple just left Southampton Harbour and appear to be heading toward Port Elgin - both on the eastern shore of Lake Huron

One of Ontario's Pioneer Villages shows all visitors what rural life was like 150 years ago. Not so bad from what I could see. Nice clean clothes, healthy looking plants with lots of produce. Well, so it was here, but I bet not everywhere.

A few days ago our 10-year old grandson mentioned that his camera memory card was full and could we please download his photos to make room for new picture taking. Well he's had the camera since Sept 2008 when he turned 9, and in the meantime managed 777 photos and 14 videos.
