My niece is allergic to dairy, eggs, gluten and sugar. I'm going to try your cake today with egg replacer instead of the eggs....wish me luck!

Try Ground flax seeds instead of eggs! Works great.It won't stick together without eggs or flax

I LOVE IT ! gluten free and sugar free thats exactly what i was looking for. i made a similar choc cake with garbanzos ( yummy) but needed something with black beans because i have a bunch i need to eat up ! cant wait to try this
