Our photo tour took us to a county reservoir. I think these are offices.....from the things I could see in the windows. The sun was coming into the camera and the building was quite dark...windows live photo gallery did a nice job of lightening shadows without blowing out the sky too badly...then into lightroom for a tad of tweaking!

Got out for photo fun today...25 to 40 mph winds with wind gusts up to 65...whew!!! But the sun was shining and no precipitation...yay!!!!

Just had to try baysir's technique...probably not as subtle as hers, but cool I could figure it out!!!!

This is the first robin I have seen, on Feb 27, 2012. Wow!!!! I thought it was cool how the golf course used to open on April 1...cooler last year in March...but robins on Feb 27th? Whoo boy!!!

Hubby and I were doing Friday night dinner with son and wife.....Hubby got hung up and we sat in the car for 40 minutes waiting for him in the gradually clearing rain. For want of something better to do I decided to try a cell phone pic (not an Iphone) of the slowly clearing sky...and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the raindrops on the window came out!
Saturated a bit in lightroom...
