Nightingale's Night

Nightingale's Night

Butuan Doctors' College had a big event called Nightingale's Night 2012, a Nursing Night where nursing students mimic a prom-like atmosphere. Our team were hired for our photobooth but we ended up covering the whole event. Before the program starts, I decided to play with natural light.

Prom + Aloha = Flickr Upload

Prom + Aloha = Flickr Upload

Couple of hours before their Prom.. I brought my cousin Aloha and traveled 5kms to Amontay Beach Resort and shoot some glamour/fashion shots. I wanted to pull those speakers out but it turned out to be too heavy. Oh well, I thought.. it gives contrast anyway.. haha

More fun in the Philippines

More fun in the Philippines

"Weddings. More fun in the Philippines", I was merely riding the same boat as our Department of Tourism and their new slogan.. "More fun in the Philippines".

Kim and Ghali were our second client, but they were our first to do a post nuptial shoot. This was taken at Sugar Beach in Sta. Fe, Bantayan Island, Cebu.

Travelling to the island took about 5 hours from Cebu City but it was well worth it. Bantayan Island is a must go destination for tourists in or near Cebu.

Cokie and Fritz

Cokie and Fritz

Cokie and Fritz are my first clients.. they are so loving and fun and easy to work with. I have trouble selecting 1 photo from their prenup shoot because they have so many good ones. But, I thought that this would appeal more to my International friends here because of the uniqueness of their ride. It is called a "Tri-sikad". This may also appeal even to Filipinos because, even in our region, the tri-sikad of the City of Cabadbaran are completely different from the normal ones, bigger and old looking.. like its constructed from a really old bike.
